REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 Refund and Return Policy on Tangible Products

The purchase of tangible products is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Our refund and returns policy last seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, downloadable products, online digital products, and autographed books.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
  • Any item that is returned more than seven (7) days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Payment and Refund Policy on Digital Products

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Stripe, Google Pay,  and Klarna that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after opening and all purchases made on www.justicepaynepublishing.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here that are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Justice Payne Publishing reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact justicepaynepublishing@gmail.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
